Welcome!

It is my privilege to walk alongside my clients. Creating a sense of safety and non-judgment in order that inner thoughts, feelings and experiences can be fully expressed is what I consider the deepest aspect of my work.

Throughout my working life, I have had the privilege of supporting many individuals through major complex life transitions. Exploring the theme of belonging has been central to my professional and personal life. The cornerstone of my belief is that we must to belong to ourselves as much as we belong to others. I have a deep interest in better understanding the psycho-spiritual dimension of the human experience and an ongoing desire to expand my knowledge and skills.

As a therapist, my goal is to promote creative exploration that strengthens new and hopeful perspectives. I support my clients in developing and strengthening skills that foster wellness and self-reliance. Sessions are person-centred, collaborative and individualized in order to meet the unique needs of each client. I am committed to strengthening my cultural competency skills and working within an anti-oppressive anti-racist, trauma-informed framework.
